20140516_092226Billy stopped coming to school the 2012-13 school year because of personal issues he was going through. When out of school he realized that he couldn’t get far without having the proper education. After receiving a call from the CIS Graduation Coach, Billy became motivated and decided he needed to go back to school. Since returning to school Billy has showed drastic improvements and his grades are better than ever before. Billy stated that he would not have been able to do any of it without the help of Mr. Porter and the CIS Program. Following graduation Billy plans to do an apprenticeship with a family member who is a welder. Billy would like to thank Communities In Schools of Lincoln County for helping make his dream a reality. Congratulations Billy!
